How can I track my order?
once an order has shipped, you'll recieve a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this link to follow your order's journey.
I haven't received my tracking email- what should I do?
Please check your spam/junk folder first. if you still cant find it, reach out to us at skinnedclinic@gmail.com and we will resend it.
My tracking says delivered, but I don't see my package. What now?
Sometimes carriers mark a package as delivered a day early. We recommend:
.Checking with neighbors pr your front office/mailroom
.Waiting 24 hours to see if it arrives
If it still hasn't shown up, please email us and we'll help you investigate.
Do you ship internationally?
At this time, we only ship within the United States.
Can I change my shipping adress after placing an order?
If your order hasn't shipped yet, yes! Please contact us as soon as possible to update your details.
What if my product arrives damaged?
We want you to love your purchase! If your oder arrives damages, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the product and packaging, and well make it right.

Do you offer shipping?
Yes! We ship all of our skincare products directly to your door within the United States.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Standard shipping takes 3-7 business days, depending on your location.
Do you offer local pick up?
Yes! If you're local to Boise,Idaho you can select Local Pickup at checkout and collect your order at SKINNED Skin Clinic. We'll email you when it's ready.
